Golden yellow colour with raisins and nutty aromas on the nose. Raisins and rich honeysuckle on the palate complete a full smooth palate.

Grapes are selected from parcels of land the are renowned for there properties to deliver berry very suitable for full bodied non cloying  Jeripiko wine, harvested  at about 27 Balling.

Our White Jerepigo consist of 72% Chenin Blanc and 28% Colombard.

Berries are cold soaked for 24 hours, dejuiced and then fortified with 96 vol % alcohol and tank aged for at least 12 months, a small portion are put in 3 fill barrels for 12 months and blende with the tank wines.
