Muscat de Frontignan grapes are selected from parcels of land the are renowned for there properties to deliver berry very suitable for classic muscat flavours, harvested  at about 27 Balling.

Berries are cold soaked for 24 hours, dejuiced and then fortified with 96 vol % alcohol and tank aged for at least 12 months, a small portion are put in 3 fill barrels for 12 months and blende with the tank wines.
