Light golden hue with a green tint. Full Muscat aromas on the nose with hints of spiciness and orange peel.

Palate is sweet with citrus and fynbos flavours with hints of watermelon.

Pairs well with desserts and creamy pasta dishes. Blue cheeses also compliment this wine very well.

Muscat de Alexandrie grapes are selected from parcels of land the are renowned for there properties to deliver berry very suitable for classic muscat flavours, harvested  at about 27 Balling.

Berries are cold soaked for 24 hours dejuiced and then fortified with 96 vol % alcohol and tank aged for at least 12 months.
