An exceptionally fruit forward wine with an explosion of Guava flavours on both the palate and nose. First impressions of guava, passion fruit and gooseberry follow through to the palate. The ultimate summers day wine!

Handpicked and sorted in the vineyard during the cool morning hours atthe end off January at optimum ripeness for the development of highlevels of thiols.
Worked as reductively as possible and only free run juice was used. Settled for 48 hrs and light lees taken with racking. Inoculated with yeast and allowed to ferment @ 16Celsius. After fermentation left on fine lees (stirred up every two weeks) until bottling.
