With more than eighteen years of experience in the liquor industry, Paul has vast experience in all the facets of the wine industry.
He’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment. He considers himself a dedicated, goal orientated individual, who strives to deliver more than expected. He is known for building strong working relationships and is committed to be a respected member in his environment.
He loves exploring Namibia and the Kalahari. He also enjoys camping.
Our seasoned HR chief loves hunting, camping, and exploring new places, especially from the back of a motorcycle. In keeping with the values of his profession, he strives to empower people to reach their full potential and to be fair and consistent.
With 25 years of experience in the production environment, he strives in creating an open communication channel between staff and management. He believes in a well-disciplined work environment where every employee can develop himself/herself to their full potential, with a big drive when it comes to customer service. He loves hunting, outdoor life, and doing woodwork.
A passionate and skilled financial individual who gained invaluable experience in the Grain Agricultural sector. She is highly dedicated and leaves no stone unturned in die pursuit of sound financial management. She believes in working together as a team and is passionate to share the knowledge she gained with fellow team members. During her time off, she loves camping and fishing with her family.
With over 33 years of experience in the liquor industry, Harold de Beer has a fast knowledge of the business and a great capability of pushing the boundaries.
He shares his wealth of knowledge with those that he leads, as well as his superiors. A good leader, loyal, trustworthy, hardworking, compassionate, a gentleman and lots of fun is only but a few of the characteristics Harold exudes. Harold truly displays what it takes to be part of the ORC Team.

With more than twenty years combined experience in winemaking, production, and project management, Chris is the calm, capable captain of our wine operations. He loves to read non-fiction, gardening, and traveling, and describes himself as an adventurous and creative introvert.
